Practice Business Manager
Ms Sarah Smith manages the Practice to ensure the best and most efficient environment possible for patients and staff alike, whilst making sure that the business runs well and in accordance with all normal business and Healthcare guidelines.
Nursing Staff
Practice Nurses – We have three Practice Nurses who hold morning and afternoon surgeries Monday to Friday. Their role include: General Nursing Care, Immunisations, New Patient Health Checks, Health Eduction, Patient Advice and assisting with our Diabetic Clinics. One of our nurses additionally holds qualifications in Asthma and COPD care.
The Reception Team
Our Reception Team provide the important first contact for our patients with any general enquiries. They can assist with appointments, standard test results and information on services.
The Administration Team
The Admininstration and Secretarial team provide a wide range of support services including patient registrations, referrals to hospitals and community services, health screening invitations, reports for outside agencies and generally assisting the Practice Business Manager with the running of the Practice.
